Please read this carefully. It explains how we handle your information and the terms for using our website.

MCA Pipeworks ("we," "us," or "our") is an owner-operated residential plumbing business based in Long Beach, California, operated by Mondyko Aubry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at https://mcapipeworks.com (the "Site") or contact us to request service. We provide plumbing services by appointment and do not operate a public retail storefront, online store, or customer accounts. Our Site is a marketing and informational website. We do not sell products online and do not process payments through the Site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site or submitting our Request Service form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described here. This Privacy Policy was last updated on June 17, 2026.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to your plumbing service inquiries and to schedule and perform service. The information we collect falls into the following categories.
Information you provide directly. When you complete our Request Service form, we collect your name, your phone number, the type of service needed (selected from a dropdown), and a free-text description of your plumbing issue. Because the description field is free text, it may contain additional details you choose to type, such as a service address or other contact information. If you email us at [email protected] or call us, we also collect the contents of your message or call and any information you provide during it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically through our hosting and mapping providers, including your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, and server log and request data. This information is processed to deliver the Site, secure it against malicious activity, and display service-area maps.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license or other government identification numbers, financial account or payment card information, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information, or other sensitive categories of information, except to the extent you voluntarily type such information into the free-text description field. We ask that you not include sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, payment card data, or health details in your message.
Sources of Information
We obtain personal information from the following sources: directly from you when you submit our Request Service form, call us, text us, or email us; automatically from your device and browser when you visit the Site; and from service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, such as our website host and our embedded mapping provider.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:
- To respond to your service inquiries and answer your questions.
- To schedule, confirm, dispatch, and perform the plumbing service you request.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your own service request, including appointment confirmations, follow-up questions about the job, and post-service follow-up.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and protect against fraud and malicious activity.
- To maintain ordinary business, warranty, and tax records.
- To comply with our legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Telephone and Text Message Communications
If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your own service request and appointment. These are transactional communications related to the service you requested. We do not use your number for unsolicited marketing, and we do not send promotional or marketing text messages. We do not sell or share your phone number for advertising purposes.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or a similar request) to any text from us, or by calling us at (213) 273-5810 or emailing [email protected]. We will stop sending texts as soon as practicable and no later than ten business days after your request. You may still receive a single confirmation message after you opt out. For help, reply HELP to any text or contact us using the information below.
If we ever decide to send marketing or promotional text messages in the future, we will first obtain your separate, prior express written consent for that purpose.
Email Communications
We use email to respond to your inquiries and to communicate with you about your service request. We do not send promotional email newsletters or marketing email blasts. If we send any commercial email in the future, it will identify us, include a valid postal address, accurately describe its contents, and provide a working way for you to unsubscribe.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to your inquiries, and only as needed for those limited purposes. The categories of third parties who may process information in connection with the Site are:
- Cloudflare, Inc., which provides website hosting, content delivery, and security.
- Google LLC, which provides the embedded Google Maps service used to display service-area maps.
- Any provider that routes our Request Service form submissions to our business inbox at [email protected].
No Sale or Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are commonly defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. Information you provide through our Request Service form is used only to respond to your inquiry and to schedule and perform service. We do not authorize our service providers to use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-Party Services on Our Site
Our Site relies on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy practices.
Google Maps. This Site uses the Google Maps Platform (Google Maps JavaScript API) to display service-area maps. When you view a page containing a map, Google may collect and process information about your use of the maps, including your IP address. Your use of Google Maps is subject to the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the Google Terms of Service at https://policies.google.com/terms, which are incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference.
Hosting and Security (Cloudflare). This Site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the Site and protect it against malicious activity, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and server log and request data. Cloudflare acts as our service provider for hosting, content delivery, and security. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Google Fonts. Our Site may load web fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts are served from Google's servers, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver the fonts. This is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
These third parties may collect information, such as your IP address and usage data, about your activity when you visit our Site, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to collect your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This Site does not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or analytics, and we do not set our own marketing cookies. The Google Maps feature may set a limited number of cookies (such as Google's NID cookie) or use local storage on your device to deliver and secure the map; this is controlled by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking certain cookies may affect how the map and some Site features function.
Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that lets you signal a preference not to be tracked. There is currently no industry-standard for how website operators should respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not track our visitors' activity over time and across third-party websites for advertising purposes.
Other Parties Collecting Information Over Time
As described above, our Site embeds Google Maps and is served through Cloudflare. These third parties may collect information about your online activity when you visit our Site, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not authorize any third party to collect personal information about your activities over time and across different websites for cross-context behavioral advertising through our Site.
Data Retention
We retain service-inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, to schedule and complete the requested service, to maintain ordinary business, warranty, and tax records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it. Technical and log information processed by our hosting and security provider is retained according to that provider's standard practices for delivery and security.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you submit, including delivering our Site over a secure, encrypted connection and limiting who can access form submissions. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and How to Review or Correct Your Information
To review, correct, or request deletion of the information you submitted through our Request Service form or by contacting us, please reach us at [email protected] or (213) 273-5810. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Before acting on a request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, for example by matching the name, phone number, or email you provide against the information we have on file from your service request, and we will not disclose personal information if we cannot reasonably verify your identity.
California Residents
We value the privacy of California residents and voluntarily honor the following choices, regardless of whether we are a "business" subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, and because we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit, we do not provide a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, California residents may ask us to confirm whether we have collected personal information about them and to provide access to it, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to delete personal information, subject to exceptions such as completing a service you requested and maintaining records required for tax, warranty, legal, or security purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices; we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide you a different quality of service because you exercised them.
You may submit a request by emailing [email protected] or calling (213) 273-5810. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; in that case we may require written, signed permission from you authorizing the agent, may verify your identity directly, and may require proof of the agent's authority. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so a "Shine the Light" request under California Civil Code section 1798.83 would yield no responsive information.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for adults seeking plumbing services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Changes are effective when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
